Service Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

1. Pre-Existing Damage: Sterling Finish Auto Detail LLC is not responsible for damage that is not a direct result of our service, including but not limited to: rock chips, clear coat failure, oxidized paint, or loose interior trim.

2. Personal Property: Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before your appointment. Sterling Finish Auto Detail LLC is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the detailing process.

3. Car Seats: For safety, we will not remove or reinstall child car seats. If you leave a car seat in the vehicle, we will clean around it only.

4. Engine Cleaning: Engine bay cleaning is performed at the owner's risk. We are not liable for electrical or mechanical issues following an engine service.

5. Final Inspection: We invite you to inspect the vehicle with our technician upon completion. Any claims regarding service quality must be made within 24 hours of the appointment.
